The Korea International Trade Association (Chairman: Kim Young-ju) invited Vietnam’s biggest food service enterprise, Red Sun, and held “Strategy Seminar on the Vietnamese Market Entry for Franchise Restaurant Corporates” on July 30th at the Trade Tower in Samsung-dong. 


At the seminar, Dong-hee Sohn, the director of Red Sun, gave a presentation on the current trend of Vietnamese franchise restaurant industry and strategical affiliation plans. He said, “Korean food is gaining more popularity as the consumption of Korean cultural contents is increasing.” He added, “Red Sun is already operating its own franchise brands such as Seoul Garden, Dolpanssam, and King BBQ, and is planning to expand its Korean food brand to ready-to-eat meals and deserts.”
